COMMERCIAL WHOLESALE PROCUREMENT TERMS & CREDIT PROTOCOLS

B2B PROCUREMENT & WHOLESALE CONTRACT TERMS

Standard terms governing commercial purchase orders, Net 30/Net 60 trade credit facilities, custom mold stewardship, and physical strike-off tolerance thresholds.

1. Net 30 / Net 60 Credit Facilities & Payment Protocols

Corporate enterprise accounts with clean Dun & Bradstreet rating histories (PAYDEX ≥ 75) or verified government agency credentials may qualify for Net 30 or Net 60 open invoice terms.

Standard commercial orders are settled via Fedwire, ACH Corporate Escrow, or major corporate credit cards. Custom tooling and bespoke steel injection molds require a 50% initiation deposit with balance due upon physical pre-pro sample sign-off.

2. Exclusive Ownership of Bespoke Molds & Tooling

Tooling charges funded by the purchasing distributor remain the proprietary property of the customer. Tooling is stored in temperature-controlled steel vaults at audited partner mills.

3. Over/Under-Run Production Allowances & Quality Control

Standard commercial custom manufacturing allows an industry standard ±3% over/under-run variance, billed pro-rata. Strict AQL 1.5/4.0 visual and functional batch inspections are applied before container sealing.
