All digital assets, vector blueprints (.AI, .EPS, .PDF), pantone color formulations, and client registered trademarks submitted through our pre-press verification engine or engineering desk remain the exclusive, inalienable intellectual property of the purchasing client.
Joysea Promo Direct strictly guarantees that client branded goods will NEVER be resold, displayed to unauthorized third parties, or manufactured for overflow markets under any circumstances.
2. Corporate Information & Trade Confidentiality
Corporate tax IDs, ASI/PPAI membership numbers, volume tiered purchasing agreements, and payment instruments are treated under strict commercial non-disclosure. We do not sell, rent, or monetize client trade information to brokers, advertisers, or third-party marketplaces.
3. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Support
Enterprise accounts requiring bilateral NDAs before transferring sensitive marketing campaign graphics or product prototypes are supported. Dedicated NDA agreements can be submitted directly through our procurement desk.
